So what impressions did I bring home from George Brown’s http://GeorgeMontaguBrown.com Internet Millionaires Summit?

First: big title! Could this be the Summit to create more Internet Millionaires than any this decade? With such a superb speaker line-up and such an avid knowledgable and tech-savvy attendee quota it should prove to! I was wowed by the quality of the speakers’ credentials: all great and hard working achievers in Internet Marketing, and a real inspiration to be in their presence. For me this is all about feeling the power of “Yes I can do this, Yes I can make a million online, these guys do!” Hard to argue with solid proof.

Tom Miller 20-something from Australia was the funniest with his “Right let’s have a show of hands – who in the room has been to university? And who hasn’t? Oh, that’s everybody!” He has a fantastic, easy to copy business creating value from Facebook groups and that is certainly something I intend to get started on this week! Mili Ponce originally from Peru has really honed in on the vitality of mastering the techniques of social media for powerful marketing: as she says, the world marketplace is moving onto Facebook and other social media as is your competition and if you are going to ignore the hugest communication revolution of all time, well, you are going to lose! Get on track and start marketing on social media!

Don’t go with the flow which says social media is a backwater – you can’t achieve targetted marketing – it’s a passing fad…think like this and you couldn’t be more wrong! Adam Ginsberg, eBay’s 1st millionaire, who has sold over $40million worth of products online was hugely fun to listen to, really passionate but also lighthearted: he has also written the best selling eBay book of all time, How To Buy, Sell & Profit on eBay, available from Amazon.com. He met a guy with a novel software product at a seminar and strode up demanding to buy the developer’s compnay, who protested “It’s not for sale!” “It is now, I’m buying!” declared Adam the all-American Go-Getter! He has since recreated the software to produce his astonishing and excellent Speedlings business-in-a-box which will set up profitable websites for you in under 3 minutes – all you have to do is decide a product niche and choose an appropriate domain. We watched an audience participent set up a website on high heeled shoes and within minutes, thanks to Adam’s Twitter list, it was receiving commissions from eBay’s affiliate program! This is American Know-How showbiz at it’s best! He didn’t really share anything I could take home and make money from, other than the eBay affiliate idea, but it can be just the inspiration you need to jumpstart to listen to such a high achieving and dynamic speaker!

The celebrity speaker of the event had to be Tom Hua, known as the Godfather of Ebooks! His FreeToSell package was and still is, 10 years on, a best selling resell package that motivated many people to start selling ebooks online. There are still tens of thousands of websites offering this package! This is the power of viral marketing: tens years pass and your quality product still creates a buzz across the world wide web! Most of the marketers were keen to share their own unique vision for a Business-In-A-Box which runs more or less on autopilot. I actually prefer to be a little hands on in internet marketing: I actually enjoy writing articles and creating blog posts! And Saj admitted that Andrew X (also at the event – a very self effacing guy from Australia – super affiliate of super affiliates!) makes Saj’s income look a little flimsy, still, two $100,000 clickbank days this year and 7 clickbank products published is not too dusty! I liked his keen approach and informal style, he has the passion and hasn’t lost the edge of his still youthful enthusiasm. I’ll sure be wanting to invest in media buys myself this year.

OK, so the speaker we all wanted to hear was 19year-old internet millionaire George Brown! Who spoke exclusively on Product Creation. Despite his highly acclaimed performance as an affiliate through Traffic Ultimatum, George assured us he made his first million online through creating and selling information products, most of which he sells via clickbank.
